This is the second time we have used Garage Doors of Indianapolis for our tune-ups. Their customer service is always above and beyond. I spoke with Dee on the phone who was very friendly and quick to respond. She also gave me a quote and outlined the pricing so there were no unexpected expenses. She set up a same day appointment and the crew that came to do the tune up was prompt and efficient. They answered all of my questions and got the job done quickly. I accidentally backed into my (partially) closed garage door. I called Garage Doors of Indianapolis and made an appointment for inspection and repair. The serviceman, Hunter, was great! He arrived when scheduled, analyzed the problems with our garage door, and explained the options for repair completely, I selected the attempt to repair the door instead of replacing the damaged 2 panels. Hunter did a great job on the repairs so that the damage is almost unnoticeable now. Beyond my expectations. Hunter is also friendly and pleasant, but professional.
